The standardisation grid
Our reference master data follows the eForms rules and is kept up to date. Every entry is checked against it: region, type of procedure, language, buyer, supplier. Whatever does not fit is reviewed and corrected.
A clean source of truth
Entries are carried over from other notices. Mandatory fields are filled with placeholders, some accidentally with copied text. We check what has to be filled in and with what. Wrong amounts and content are cleaned up and remain visible.
Multidimensional matching that you set up yourself.
Country, NUTS region, CPV, plus a semantic search that works across all languages. Search for what you want. Exclude what you do not want to see.
Where have we seen this organisation before?
Buyers and suppliers appear differently across years, countries and spellings. Some can only be recognised by an email address or a website. We search for them, check them and merge them, linked to the master data. Only then does a history emerge that reaches beyond the individual case.
